This is a most unusual iridescent turquoise glass bead rosary with gold plated accents. The Our Father beads are Raku beads made in an ancient Japanese method of firing porclain clay. Slight variations of time and temperature cause the glazes to react differently and vary the colors. Therefore, no two beads are alike. These Raku beads are expertly hand-crafted by Houston Artisan Ruben Yzaguirre, a well-known Texas artist who has specialized in creating raku beads for many years.
